Hi guys, had another debt recovery letter. Just to confirm I didn’t get an appeal in in time, so so far they have had nothing off me. Best thing to do- still ignore?

We don't need to see the usual tedious £170 demands that are already shown in post 4 of the NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST thread.

Whilst I feel we've seen them more than enough, at least these letters saying you are "too late to dispute" are a great example for the MHCLG.

These do prove that 'debt recovery' stage is not a debt resolution 'buffer against court', it's just "pay up or else and we've counted the same heads of cost twice for these letters but nobody has ever stopped us and despite being sussed by the Tories, we hope we've pulled the wool over the eyes this Government!"

Here's another example from another thread today:

It's all about the money and not about resolving disputes. And it's the double recovery fee that fuels the race to court.

    Not that APCOA do court.

    🙂

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
