Can you tell me which email to send the appeal to ?Coupon-mad said:Ok so you know what to do next.0 -
Like I said you use their complaints email which you can find on their website.Coupon-mad said:
We know you can't appeal but you can complain online to APCOA that the PCN never arrived, so can they reissue it.DO NOT IMPLY WHO WAS DRIVING.
NO WORDS ABOUT WHO DROPPED OFF.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi- Today I have had my parking notice through from Manchester aiport.
I parked on 30th August (2343-2352) I forgot about paying and remember just outside the 24hrs so I went on and paid and popped 31st August 0100 as my exit time (this was the closest time I could submitted)
I have just sent off additional evidence with the screenshot of me paying- using the excuse I wasn't sure what time I left- do you think this will be enough, or if not do I appeal using the templates I am seeing on this thread- or is it too late now I have submitted additional evidence?
Thanks0 -
To late (I reckon..but you may be lucky) why did you do that rather then just using the standard appeal text on here which would have wonRuttysooty said:Hi- Today I have had my parking notice through from Manchester aiport.

Next time dont be in such a hurry and read up before you possibly blow a chance of winning
If they dont cancel just ignore any debt recovery letters
If you can still log the template appeal put it using the appeal button and appeal as the keeper . If not forget about it1 -
Hi I have received a PCN from APCOA from 10th September (Manchester Airport T3 Drop Off) but when I try to appeal it lets me enter to PCN number and reg but then says "Unfortunately you are unable to appeal the Parking Charge (PC) at this time"
Any thoughts from the experts on here as to why I cannot appeal?0 -
It should only say that if someone has already appealed or if this is a leased car and your notice is in fact a NTH.

Is the PCN addressed to you or to the lease company?Citydodge said:H thanks yes it is a lease car, so limits my chances to appeal? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Hi its in the name of the leasing company

If you want to nip this in the bud, you need to get the lease company to formally transfer liability to you as the lessee. There will be instructions on doing that on the reverse of the NtK. Then APCOA will need to send a Notice to Hirer (NtH) to you, thereafter you use the template appeal and receive the cancellation in due course.Citydodge said:Hi its in the name of the leasing companyAlternatively, you can just ignore it, APCOA will do nothing other than refer it to debt collectors, who will send you lots of silly letters, but ultimately can do diddly squat. This could go on for some months. So, two options, neither of which include you making any payment to APCOA or to debt collectors. NO PAYING!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
