    Fortunately you could renew up to a month and a half ahead of your offer expiring.

    In the app, choose one of the accounts, click the 3 dots top right, go down to  change account type in manage account on the right, middle row and choose. Rinse and repeat

    It's alright you lucky b*ggers that have got your lump sums...I'm still waiting for Halifax to respond to my complaint about not receiving my £5 x 3 from September despite having sent me exactly the same text 3 days running last Fri, Sat & Sun (all at 8.02am) saying we've received your complaint and will be in touch soon....I'm not holding my breath.  

    Oddly the wife's 3 accounts were all set up at the same times as mine and the payment of £1500 in and £500 out were all done in same fashion as mine (and same as every other month) and she has had her £5's so I know the Reward period for the accounts hadn't expired.
