All my accounts are branded Halifax but received two texts. One from Halifax and the other Bank of Scotland, lol!0

All my texts came from Bank of Scotland as well, but then so do my emails saying my statements are ready etc0

As above, text message I received earlier from the Halifax:

I just wish they would pay what is due, rather than telling us it's coming. We know already that it's due by the end of October, so what is the point of sending an SMS.2

At least we now know it's definitely coming. I am guessing they probably have had a few phonecalls about it asking "is it definitely happening?" "when?" "how?"Hattie627 said:I just wish they would pay what is due, rather than telling us it's coming. We know already that it's due by the end of October, so what is the point of sending an SMS.
I am guessing the payments will go out in batches so they can't be more precise right now.1 -
Yes, you're right. I bet Halifax are as fed up with the rundown of this scheme as we are waiting for it to complete. I'm itching to downgrade my Reward accounts but need to hold off until the payments arrive. I wonder if the batches will start to go out this week. Maybe alphabetical order by surname.OrangeBlueGreen said:

Yes the staff must be sick to death of it though I suppose it's just part of their job. As for organisations, if they chose to communicate better they could avoid 90% of queries so no sympathy haha.Hattie627 said:

I don’t have anymore DD’s to use & can’t find what the rewards are for the Halifax rewards account0
-
I have 3 accounts, 2 Halifax and 1 BOS - no SMS received yet.0

There aren't any rewards any more for the Halifax Rewards account - that's what this thread is about, they've been scrapped. This month is the last time they're paid and then only for those who had existing accounts. So no point now in trying to find out about them if you didn't already have one. DDs weren't part of the requirement.GTR_King said:I don’t have anymore DD’s to use & can’t find what the rewards are for the Halifax rewards account1
