I got 3 out of 5 so far, and only a fiver each, not the fivers for the months to anniversary. These three are very old accounts, dating back to 2015, whilst the other two were opened in 2020. I reckon / hope they are slowly working their way through the accounts.0 -
Or you could just show a little patience and wait until tomorrow, when it will probably appear. None of mine have arrived yet, but who cares?Hattie627 said:
Yes, Best thing is to do a quick complaint via the online form. Will take you 3 minutes to do. You will get the missing fiver credited plus some compensation (I got an extra £20). Best to do this quickly (like, today) given the imminent pay offs (you don't want to miss out on that on one of your accounts if there is a glitsch needing sorted)orange-juice said:I only received 2 out of the 3 fivers today😡. If one £5 is missing but others paid, it is unlikely to sort out. Happened to me a few times in the last 5 years (or so). Tried a phone call the first couple of times time but telephone person couldn't resolve and advised online approach which brought quick resolution. Some care, obviously.Doc_N said:

My £5 was deposited today 13th, but not the extra £50 I'm expecting.wiseonesomeofthetime said:13th and no credit of this month's fiver yet.
Wonder if it will all being credited together.
Not that bothered when tho tbh as a fiver today isn't going to change my life

One out of three of mine is still missing, but I don't usually log in to check so I don't know how unusual that is. I've never had a payment missed before. I'm not going to rush to chase it, especially as others seem to be in the same boat.0

Between us we have five accounts. I check each one at the end of each month. No payment has ever been missed in several years, and I doubt that will be any different this month. I'm certainly not going to fuss over it.0

Are those who are missing a £5 from one of their accounts, aware of the expiry date of the offer on that particular account? I have 2 of my 3 paid out but to me that was expected, because when they announced they were retiring the deal they also stopped anyone who had a deal coming to an end from renewing. As a result when my account reached the end of last years offer 31/08/25 I couldn't renew and therefore Sept was my last payment. The other accounts had later expiry dates and therefore got paid this month.

No... blips are good news !
Normally a extra £5 to £40 if you go the distance and play it right .0 -
Ah, good point. That will explain mine.Snapdragon said:Are those who are missing a £5 from one of their accounts, aware of the expiry date of the offer on that particular account? 🤦
I think you're right. I think they've removed the rewards tracker so I'm not 100% certain, but going through my messages it appears this is likely the reason. Thanks!0
