If you couldnt activate the fiver reward then its a bit late to try now !
Its been around about 15 years of £5 cashback rewards since 2009 ....even the credit card gave a fiver at one point in time.0 -

Also it hasn't been £5 the whole time you said, the net reward decreased to £3 then to £2 in the 10s before jumping back to £5 after a relaunch in 2020.3 -

At one point the supermarket cashback offers and a couple of others could be worked over (mine still shows £470 cashback in total) which was at least 85-90% cash profit .
Over that shorter period mentioned above where halifax lowered the reward ..... the lower cashback reward amounts didnt matter much if you had multiple accounts. It was just a faint or a weak attempt to flush out the system which worked to a degree as many closed accounts.
Those with 4-8 accounts that hung on ...... have picked up more than a few grand over (up to) 15 years aprox for ones efforts .

I've discussed app issues with Halifax on more than one occasion, including the bit where it said 'keep' £1500 in your account, that was many months ago, yet they've never corrected the error. Another time, the tracker froze and was showing 3 days activity into the middle of the month, and probably beyond. I've also had to switch to paper documents since they changed their ink from black to grey so that I can't read them online, which is annoying when we're trying to save the planet. I've made multiple suggestions for improvements, including being able to sort the cashback extras into some kind of order. Terrible chat too, only notifies me when they close the chat, no notification when they reply so they think I'm not responding; and I know that's not just me.0

So to participate, I now need to activate/make use of one of the cashback offers , spend min. £0.20 (Bodyshop?) and wait for the results of the draw on the 07/11 - am I reading this correctly?
There won't be any results of the draw.1
