It still is if you take the '£5 for saving £5000' option (which is a poor choice!).

Very sure. There is no tax to claim back on it, unless the "keep £5000" option was chosen. All in here:

"If you choose the Offer to keep £5,000 or more in your account, the Monthly Reward will be paid 'net' after the deduction of income tax at the rate set by law (currently 20%). The gross value of the Monthly Reward before income tax is taken off is £6.25. If you're a higher rate tax payer, you may have to pay extra income tax on the Monthly Reward directly to HMRC. If we have deducted more tax than you have to pay you may be able to claim it back from HMRC."

This has been the case since spring 2020. The previous incentive was taxable.

Where is this information from, please? The letter I received from the Halifax doesn't mention this. Just says I won't get the rewards after September (paid in October).

My 3 accounts expire 30 Nov 25, 30 April 26 and 31 May 26

Where does it show the expiry date? Been through the app and couldn’t find anything. Thanks.

* or is it 3 lots of £50 = £150 due in September?

Reward ends in Sep so need to keep going till then. In Oct the final payments are made.

This doesn't work for me on the Web site or the app. When I select "Track your Reward Extras" I just get a page telling me that they are no longer available and I can no longer add them. Exactly the same page as when I select "Add your Reward Extras"

I didn't particularly want to see the expiry dates - I was more interested in tracking for the current month, but that doesn't seem to be visible any more.

I wonder if my rewards happen to have expired this month anyway by coincidence, and that's why I can't track them. I can't see an obvious way to check when I last renewed them. Doesn't seem to be anything in my documents inbox. 

Edit: Yep, found an email from June 2024 confirming I'd selected my rewards. No lump sum for me then.
