    Evening everyone.
Kyle i would love to go back and will do one day to where the magic lives, it really does change your life doesnt it.

Made garlic dough balls today and bread rolls, and have to say i prefer to mix the dough in breadmaker and cook it myself in oven as i seem to get better results, my BM seems to over cook everything!

Iv just spent last hour doing my paid surveys and clickthroughs, catowen im sure iv seen you mension a paidtoclick site? Which do you use? Im a member of lightspeed, pigsback, yougov, pureprofile, quidico and looking for some more to join any suggestions anyone???

    Hi everyone!
Not the most exciting day ever as have been at work and most of the students seem to be poorly [or skiving:D ] this week so time is not flying by as fast as usual.
On the OS front I got a load of washing done and out and OH has hoovered through for me. Have also continued with my decluttering campaign and the small person has generated another big box full of unwanted items for me to sort through. I am studiously ignoring that particular box for the next couple of days:rotfl: :rotfl:
We had about 4 flakes of snow here. I had hoped we might have some settle so that the small person could go out sledging as they don't go back to school until the 8th. He's having a great hol but has so much energy...he needs walking like a dog on a daily basis. When I left for work this morning he was launching himself off the settee with his dressing gown held out doing an impression of a flying squirrel:confused: [don't ask!!]
We've had good news on the kitchen front as we've been successful in getting a stainless steel sink on freecycle. OH is off to pick it up tomorrow. If it's unsuitable we'll reoffer it and try and get the one we had originally chosen this weekend when Homebase has its 10% off. Not such good news on the BM front as it's finally died....we've tried freecycle but no luck. Shall have to wait and see how the finances are looking at the end of the month before we get another one.
No cooking here today...we simply opened the freezer door and a Lidl pizza fell out. Can't be saintly on all fronts:D

    Hi all.
Sorry you are having to cut short your break Penpin. I know what you mean though about your own bed. You can't beat your own home comforts when not well can you. Take care, take it easy and I hope you're feeling much better soon.

(((hugs))) PP there is nothing like being in your own bed when you are poorly so sorry you are feeling so ill.

dd is snuggled up in her bed - still not right and has now been referred to the neurologist for further tests. Lots of worry here (what a bad time for me to have gone back to work!)

Hi Catz. I'm sorry your dd is unwell still. My eldest DD had to have loads of tests for her migraines, including blood tests, cat scan MRI scan but these tests found nothing. And she still has unexplainable migraines 6 years on. We have just learned to deal with them. The bright side is that if the hospital is investigating at least they have been made aware of the situation and she is in the best possible hands. Please try to keep strong (easy for me to say I know-but I have been in your position to a degree) my thoughts are with you.
Take care and keep us posted please

Hi, a late one from me as I've been busy today.

Big hugs to PP and Catznine.

I didn't venture out today as it was too cold and I was busy getting back into Ebaying stuff. Haven't listed anything for ages but I've got 9 items listed tonight with one bid in already.:j

The reduced gammon joint (£12 down to £1) from Asda was cooked last night and this morning it was carved into portions for freezing, taking to MIL's and the rest we ate for tea and it was gorgeous!:D

I took down a few more of the cards and decs so the house is looking a little bare but the tree is staying up until Saturday aswe're still in holiday mood here!:D
