Well. I’m in London and having an absolutely amazing time. Off to get a bagel for brunch in a minute and then Camden for a second hand shop called Traid and to get a rock for my niece who collects them. I don’t have time to go to the sign cafe plus it opens at 10. You can’t do everything.

My Airbnb is lovely. It’s not what I expected but I slept ok and the bathroom was lovely. It’s quite close to a busy road but I was so tired from partying with my friend (a pizza and a couple of soft drinks) that I nodded off nearly straight away. The bus broke down on the way home and I had to walk the last bit!

Finally to Liberty’s for buttons and then the meetup.

Had an amazing day. Due to various plans changing I made it to the signing cafe. I realised I signed Oat Latte as Uat Latte though 🤣 If I can clear my debt I might go back to BSL classes.

Hopefully have another date next weekend with Mr Unsuitable.

Can’t wait to get home from my weekend away. Need to put a wash on, vacuum, do a lunch food shop, and do a blimmin’ good tidy up. If I have time I will even knit. 

Also have to submit my first TMA for my Business course.

My credit card went in arrears because I paid too early and they assigned a payment to the wrong month. I made a payment today and will make another payment in a couple of days. Can basically only afford to buy coffee, food and birthday presents this month. Annoying.

Got paid, paid off CC arrears, not sure if I can use it again. Have a payment of £100 to make for this month. I’ll make it after 1st!

New job going tentatively ok. I have to do something I’ve been scared of today I think but I will do it. I’m taking a water bottle with a slice of lemon in to drink today as I’m drinking too much coffee at new job.

Right. Need to tidy a bit before weekend date. I’m nervous already!

Got paid on Monday. I’ve still not spend anything apart from food and drink which is unheard of. I’ve spend about £150 but a bit of that was a lapse on a CC while I was away. So I’ve only spent about £50 out of my wages and a big bump of that was on fish pie ingredients for family meal.

Need to buy a swim for Saturday. It’ll be chilly! I’m worried they will insist I buy a wetsuit which I’m not going to do. I think I’ll ask the coach to let me know when she feels it’s too cold for me to be safe in a swimsuit. I have a good layer of subcutaneous fat though. Even if I could go and just swim out to the marker buoy I would enjoy it. I think in 0 degrees it would not be sensible. It costs around £20 to get the bus there and pay for the coach. Maybe I should buy a wetsuit.

Three days to the weekend. Mr Unsuitable is double booked so won’t be coming. I’m gonna have a quiet one as I need to conserve my energy for work. They said I’m doing ok.

I’m watching Russian Doll Series 2 on Netflix. My concentration isn’t amazing so tv is easier for me than books.

Right. Baby cardigan time!
