I have cleaned the fridge. I hate cleaning the fridge, as in this stupidly designed kitchen I have to move furniture, pull it out, turn it round and THEN I can open it enough to get the drawers and shelves out. The sink in the utility room is big enough to wash them in BUT the draining board mostly drains onto the floor/appliances under it unless you remember to put towels along the edge.
However, it's done. And I need to eat some salad as clearly I haven't been bothering for the last few days.6 -

Well done @greenbee, that kind of job drives me nuts too!Yaay for the steps @PennysIntoPounds 😊
I have cleaned, tidied and rearranged my bedroom. Now THAT is a job I have been avoiding for some time … Sooo good to have finally got it done. I need to find a way to make it part of my regular routine. 🤔

Well done @KajiKita, give yourself a big thank you hug when you get into bed. A lovely bedroom eases the soul enormously.
Do you do a 'big clean' of the house once a month? Maybe it could be incorporated into that so there's never more than a few weeks between you thinking 'well this is nice' and 'well that needs to go'2 -

It’s not something I enjoy. Did years of it as a student as summer jobs. It’s not something I ever saw my mother doing any of as she always had a cleaner when I was growing up, so it happened when I wasn’t there. I think I need to sit and cogitate on this and work out a routine / rotation that works for me / us. My free Friday afternoons are working quite well as a time to make a start on this kind of thing so perhaps I can extend this.KKAs at 15.07.25:

Before May (the month) is out I will -
~ submit my self assessment tax return as I have re-programmed myself to believe that 31st May is the HMRC deadline for completion
~ print out and fill in POA forms as we can get some signatures next week
~ plant 3 little cacti into the pretty pots I bought for them last month which will enable me to stop being irritated every time I walk past them where they currently live on the hall window ledge,5 -

@KajiKita - it's actually your fault that I bought the new pots for the cacti 🤣. When you posted a photo of your beautifully potted up plants I decided I needed to make my motley collection look better. How nice that your have flowered to thank you for your kind attention to them.
