Inspired by @rtandon27 pruning, I have cut down the brambles and other weeds from the lane trying to block both our front and back gates.

Greenhouse planted up! Cucumbers, sweet peppers, three types of tomatoes and a gentle smattering of marigolds 😊

Well done @greenbee, that kind of job drives me nuts too!

Yaay for the steps @PennysIntoPounds 😊

I have cleaned, tidied and rearranged my bedroom. Now THAT is a job I have been avoiding for some time … Sooo good to have finally got it done. I need to find a way to make it part of my regular routine. 🤔

Well done @KajiKita, give yourself a big thank you hug when you get into bed. A lovely bedroom eases the soul enormously.
Do you do a 'big clean' of the house once a month? Maybe it could be incorporated into that so there's never more than a few weeks between you thinking 'well this is nice' and 'well that needs to go'

Before May (the month) is out I will -
~ submit my self assessment tax return as I have re-programmed myself to believe that 31st May is the HMRC deadline for completion
~ print out and fill in POA forms as we can get some signatures next week
~ plant 3 little cacti into the pretty pots I bought for them last month which will enable me to stop being irritated every time I walk past them where they currently live on the hall window ledge,
I repotted my cacti (all gifts, cacti are never something I would buy for myself!) that live in the conservatory last month and now they are all flowering, rather to my surprise, as I see them as quite inert and dull things! :) (aiming to add a positive incentive as an irritated one  ;) )

@KajiKita - it's actually your fault that I bought the new pots for the cacti 🤣.  When you posted a photo of your beautifully potted up plants I decided I needed to make my motley collection look better.  How nice that your have flowered to thank you for your kind attention to them.
