Monument ISA transfer in.

Yes,15 working days has now passed. I called Monument last week, they said I need to wait until 15 days working days passed, hence I called them today. Not impressed with Monument, they shouldn't have advertised services they can't deliver. I'm sure it is not VM's fault, my previous transfers from VM to other providers went through quick.northernstar007 said:
same date as my transfer request, your 15 days has now past and with bank holidays fri will be your cut off date for the 30 days to put funds in your isa, also from virgin moneyallegro120 said:I requested transfer from VM on 11th April. Called Monument today, they gave me a long reference number and suggested to call VM. I called VM, they said they have accepted transfer on 11th April and waiting for Monument to reply with "ready for transfer" message. Called Monument again and was told "we are processing it, you just have to wait and we will inform you when transfer is completed". No timeline was given.
youve been getting the same message i got from monument it seems like there now reading off a script
Fortunately 30 days cut off doesn't affect me. I deposited half of this year's allowance on 6th April.1 -

I had a call as promised today from Monument after they closed my isa because it hadn’t been funded (which was because of the o/s transfer in from Zopa). I take my hat off, they’ve listened and are reopening the ISA and when the transfer is in complete they are backdating the interest. It’s not clear if this means they have to start the transfer again, but in terms of interest it doesn’t matter so much now.3

I’m really stressed as Monument have given me mixed messages about my isa transfer from Zopa. Yesterday they said they had it and would be in my account shortly, today they said they have sent it back to Zopa. I now have no money in either Zopa or monument, Zopa say they have not had the money returned. This is my life savings, so I’m highly stressed. Monument don’t seem to know what is going on.0

my isa has still not been transfered ( 17 working days) since 11th april due to bank holidays, the clock has now started with monument before it goes to the ombudsman
and now only 10 days away from current isa rates to drop from virgin0 -
I would recommend calling them, speak to a person and ask them to open a complaint to get this issue resolved. I must say that although I too have an issue with my transfer from Zopa, the customer service I’ve received has been greatnjb74 said:I’m really stressed as Monument have given me mixed messages about my isa transfer from Zopa. I’ve called, I’ve spoken to several different people, I’ve been passed from pillar to post.Archerychick said:

Both banks don’t seem to care or see it as a priority to help.0 -
