Monument ISA transfer in.

So to finally close my saga with Monument, I initiated a full transfer out to Aldermore. At the time of requesting this with Aldermore, you can set this up electronically but it was rejected by Monument and required a manual paper request to be processed at a later date resulting in a 2.5 week delay to the transfer.
Although Monument deny it, I am convinced that there has been an issue with my account since day 1. I have attempted 5 transactions (in or out) and 4 have required manual intervention to complete them. My partner has more or less mirrored everything I've done and encountered no issues.
Despite my experience, I am not put off by Monument. I would go so far as to say they are the best customer service team that I have encountered. All of my complaints have been dealt with promptly, professionally, accurately and to my satisfaction.
