Finally, today my funds have appeared in my Monument account, 23 working days was the final tally.2

I started this thread a few weeks ago because I had started a transfer from Coventry to Monument which would exceed the FSCS protection limit (Due to monument not accepting partial transfers) and wanted to initiate the transfer back out before I went on hols so wondered how long other peoples transfers were taking not realising at that point there was a technical issue (on Monuments side) preventing my completion. The whole saga completed on the Sat of Mayday B/H and I then was able to initiate a partial transfer out to Paragon. At the end of the first week I received a message from Paragon that the transfer had been attempted twice and failed due to "account status transfer error."I reinitiated it and it failed again so I contacted Monument. They could find no record of any requests for a transfer from my account despite 3 having been made.I requested the CISA code from Paragon and they supplied me with all 3.Monument could not find any record of these 3 requests. So here I am now with funds stuck in Monument that exceed the FSCS protection limit that I have been trying to remove for 3 weeks now and each party believes the problem is on the other side.

The same here. 2 attempts to transfer from Monument to Paragon, both failed. I called Monument yesterday, they said that Paragon must have a problem with their system, I didn't buy this narrative because I had the same rejection of my transfer from Monument to Vida this week... Finally Monument member of staff suggested to do paper version. I've initiated another (3rd attempt) transfer online (just in case of a miracle) and asked Paragon to send me the application form by post (I don't have a functioning printer). I hope this will work, but the delay may result in my Paragon ISA being closed, it has to be funded by 15th June.1spiral said:I started this thread a few weeks ago because I had started a transfer from Coventry to Monument which would exceed the FSCS protection limit (Due to monument not accepting partial transfers) and wanted to initiate the transfer back out before I went on hols so wondered how long other peoples transfers were taking not realising at that point there was a technical issue (on Monuments side) preventing my completion.

Paragon request the transfer, Monument reject it, Paragon cancel it. Despite me contacting both, each of them tells me each time to speak to the other party.Grrrr.

at long last my transfer is now showing up on the app
its only taken since 11th april almost 7 weeks1 -
Congratulations! I'm in the next stage now - transfer out of Monument. 4 attempts made and all 4 failed. Looks like you can never leave Monument ISA unless you withdraw and loose the ISA wrapper on your funds.northernstar007 said:at long last my transfer is now showing up on the app

Yep, Hotel California @4.25% for the near future, I hope it won't turn into Royston Vasey later this year.northernstar007 said:
