Monument ISA transfer in.
Comments

I have been waiting 9 working days so far since I started a transfer from Zopa. I only put the isa reference number in as I thought the account number only related to my Zopa savings account which it’s linked to. I have also been withdrawing money from the Zopa isa during this process to pay bills etc. Will any of this be causing a delay to my transfer?

I could be wrong but I seem to recall that after 15 working days, the receiving institution has to start paying interest on an ISA transfer balance in addition to whatever the original institution does until it is complete.northernstar007 said:on tues it will be 15 working day since the transfer request, can anyone tell me where do i go from here
as i mentioned vm are saying its upto monument its been approved at there end and monument are saying just wait, time is getting close when vm rates are dropping1 -
I initiated a full transfer from Santander to Monument yesterday morning and it went through early this morning. Very impressed it wasnt even 1 working day2

Actually if Monument hadn't rejected the initial transfer, mine would have completed in 1 working day too.

I would call Monument, and possibly raise a formal complaint. It's their job to find out why the transfer has not progressed. Good luck, it's so frustrating!1 -
thats what VM said to me last time i called them saying its upto monumnet to take the funds as its all set at there side (vm)0

going around in circles now, monument are saying we will escalate with vm for me0
-
and on the phone to vm, they are saying its waiting for monument, banging my head against brick wall now0

Have you raised a formal complaint with Monument? They don't like to take complaints but willif you insist. Ask for a complaint reference number, which they will email to you.1
