    Full balance transfer from Chip took 2 working days over the Easter weekend.

    on day 11 (working days) from VM still no transfer, this is getting beyond a joke now

    I can do one better - 13 working days from Kent Reliance and no movement. I suspect the hold-up is with Kent Reliance.

    Signed up for Monument and initiated transfer on Friday lunchtime from Virgin. Just had a notification it's completed.

    My Virgin ISA was a '82 sort code'

    Full balance transfer from Chip took 2 working days over the Easter weekend. 
    How did you manage to get your transfer from chip in 2 working days mine has been rejected twice now saying the details are in correct (I got the account details from chip by initiating a manual bank transfer and getting the details from that as per their website instructions, however I did include the Reference number quoted with the account and sort code, could this be the issue (I triple checked the account number and sort code prior to my second attempt but still no joy))

    I am rapidly going off Monument. Their chat is useless, they don't answer my email, calling them from the app doesn't work.

    What a mess. Monument say they have sent the transfer request to Kent Reliance. Kent Reliance say they have not received any transfer request. I don't know whether either of them is telling me the truth

    Ahhh you’ve noticed that as well. 
    To follow up in case anyone else is trying to transfer from Chip to monument on attempt three I didn’t put the reference number in just the chip account number and sort code, first thing this morning I get an email from chip saying they have received the transfer request, so my top tip is to not put in a reference number in this instance.
