The only question now is what happens to my Shell dividend later this month. I'll log into x-o on the due date unless I hear that the transfer has been completed before that.
I expect them to land middle of 23rd June, so well before the transfer. Time to nip in and transfer the cash out, in my case. I imagine that's your plan or something similar.
If you have already started the transfer it should complete before the 23rd June.  My transfer took one week.  As the ex-div is 15th May it will land in your Jarvis account on the 23rd June.

It is my plan but if the transfer happens before that then I'm pretty relaxed about it. I expect Jarvis have a project team who will be fully aware of the post transfer dividends issue.

Given the number of clients/accounts involved it's bound to be a drawn out process until the initial hump of exits is cleared.

Transferred some of my holdings to Trading 212. Process was seamless. Annoyingly, Trading 212 don't list some of the other shares I hold so need to move them to somewhere else.

Freetrade was an option as they do list those shares but I have some contingent value rights from a merger which sit separately from the main stock and Freetrade said they probably couldn't transfer those.

So looks like iWeb for me too for the rest of my holdings. Definitrly not interested in going to ii after a bad experience previously (ironically from the last time a broker with no monthly fee was exiting and transferring to ii with monthly fees).

I had long term holdings but had moved and lost access to my old email. I was transferred to ii who started charging the fees I never signed up for them started selling off shares to cover said fees I never signed up for. Obviously partly my fault but didn't like the way they went about it.

Dont hold out your hopes for that.  Jarvis told me it is up to  IWEB to request residual funds such as dividends.

I have just received all my dividends from Jarvsi.  When I queried Jarvis they stated that either I or IWEB would have to make the request.  If you want to make your own request the email is payments@x-o.co.uk

iii have started setting up accounts for x-o users. This has happened to me despite requesting I was not transferred. I received a text today that went into my spam. It has my new iii account number so I was able to log into my new account. All my personal details have been set up but no other data hsas been transferred yet.

Why hasn't your new platform instigatated your requested transfer?

My account was inactive. I thought it would be automatically closed.

There's likely to be many accounts with zero balances. Jarvis will have no idea which ones are redundant.

I gifted some worthless shares to charity and told them not to transfer my account. Will now have to close the ii account when it is active.
