As Hoenir stated Jarvis will probably automatically transfer inactive accounts with no balance to Interactive Investor come the cut off date. Avoid any chance of being charged a monthly fee further down the line by closing the account now by email and get a confirmation email back from Jarvis.

I had an empty and inactive GIA. I didn't want this to transfer, with the risk of incurring a platform fee. I emailed Jarvis and asked them to close my account. They confirmed by email very quickly that this had been done.1 -

Hoenir said:Ash_Pole said:Also do we know if Jarvis will produced a tax statement for 2024/25 before they finally close? My transfer to IWeb has happened some time last week, but not sure when. My historic documents are still available on X-O, but I had to perform a search before anything was displayed. Also (and apologies if anyone has already mentioned this) there's now a banner on the X-O website to say consolidated tax statements will be available at the end of June.0
