I'd still send the complaint - with details of your observations for last 2 days.
And if doesn't change soon - ask them to check the meter configuration selected on their systems - and get them to resend.
And keep close eye on readings and rates on meter in case they do not fix the meter configuraton quickly.  Maybe take snapshots daily.  THey may be available on EDF portal or IHD if away for afew days - I get totals only for last 8 days.
Did you confirm which registers are in use when the meter is in these funny states - is 38p price display and rate 1 peak register always linked - or does the reigster change when ALCS circuis are on - regardless of 38p or 14p rate displayed.
Temps are forecast to get frosty overnight here in EM in near future - so you could need those heaters again if like house toasty 24 hours.
If it wasn't for the mismatched tariff vs ALCS NSH active times - it might have been OK on actual billing - but as they look like are offset - you could be overpaying 38p vs 14p for near 7kWh per hour they were active on wrong register.
Smart meters are fine when they work and suppliers set them properly - but they need a different level of support - something Ofgem has been woefully poor on regualting for - and suppliers clearly have failed on - when they do occassionally go wrong - well occassionally if use the metric as wrong enough to impact billing costs.

I’m not getting anything on off peak throughout the day …if I put heaters on , they go on rate one like all my normal electric

I think I am now on E7 as this morning , it was showing 14 p up to 8 am ..BST

The heaters are getting charged if I put them on now( peak rate )

I will see if that’s the same after 5.09 pm when the timings should change back if they go off or continue charging

so , the heaters are either live all the time , or the meter is still changing over the correct times , but charging the wrong amount

Which perhaps suggests perhaps your ALCS timings are still E10 GMT.

Not sure where the app gets those prices for - as those prices are not E7 prices - the peak day rate would be nearer 32p - but the times are.
So why show E10 rates but E7 times. Unless of course EDF sent E7 tariff times - but sent E10 ALCS and E10 rates.
