In past an occassional rare forum user has iirc reported just a 1 hr shift / mismatch.

It's been a long time since read the technical spec for meters - but their were parameter(s) for controlling dst switching behaviour iirc.

But your 7:17 am 14p is more than 1 hour from 6am dst end of night off peak.

Might be worth making checks when both tariff change and when load switch contactor changes - before and after gmt and dst slot timings so before / after say 1 pm (+ any preset offset of course) , 2 pm, and again around 4 pm and 5 pm for afternoon slot.

But I realise that is a lot of work and meter not easily accessible.  So maybe just listen for alcs clicks and check ihd rate display.  It's likely to match meter anyway.

    So have registers 1 - and 2 swapped ?

Or is the peak register still active but alcs enabling nsh use at 38p on peak register ?

In what should be your afternoon off peak slot.

It clearly has been switching rates and alcs at some point in last 36 hours though.  Just not at expected or even same times judging by two 38p with and without contactor photos.

It might still be mid update - but nothing making much sense to me right now.

Get your summary table and a few photos to EDF - either standard customer services with "Complaint - ..." title  -  or complaints direct if they have a seperate email.

And phone in to let them know the issues you have observed and have sent details in email to back it up.

They might be able to force another meter update over the air quickly to resolve problems.

If not you've got your first line in sand for any overbilling that might result.

But remember ultimately it's the billing on edf end that matters so check what register / reading they are using for each rate.

You don't want to be running your heaters on peak rate, especially not on a sunny day like today.
