Yes - it's definitely not as simple.

If oyu look at your 6 day since fix if you agreed with my pst above - your 6 day average since meter fixed was around 25 - so let as arguably say for the 8 days it was wrong - you might expect off peak of 200 (8d) -225 (9d) kWh

Similarly from your 6 days - you average c3 kWh peak - so lets arguably say 24 - 27 kWh peak.

    Total around - 224 - 252 kWh for the 9 day case.

    Their saying your meter reads were 169 + 84 = 253 kWh

So its not a million miles off

But their only shifting main register rates - not rebalancing them as you say for the 3 hrs and 2 hrs time slots (but also not the 2 undercharged in the am)

EDIT - as above posts and as @QrizB - the accurate figures can be back calculated from meter 1/2 hourly data.

But I'd challange the bill based on a simple comparison of 8-9 days bad - vs 6+ as above figures you provided - more now - good.  Let them do the difficult maths for now - and see what they come back with. So

I'd perhaps suggest writing back with you usage since fixed over the 6 days - and suggest although obviously not disputing that the total is correct - you believe the split should be more like 225 off peak / 25 peak - and so you believe you are still being overcharged for c55-60kWh - and the amount should be reduced by another upto c60kWh * 24p = £15

If just the 8 days - argue your peak use more realistically more like 8*3 kWh / day for the period (or 8d/6d*19kWh for 6d = 25.3) so bill needs to shift by 84 - 8 * 3 kWh / day peak (since fix) = 60 kWh more.

So say 84 -> 24 peak and 169 -> 229 off peak - as that 60 kWh should be off peak instead.

Edit - or more simply put -
the revised bill is still c10 kWh/day peak your actual use c3kWh / day peak since meter fixed.

7 kWh difference - thats on average couple of hours NSH use being misbilled

[Or in terms of balance - your 6 day reads were 19 kWh peak vs  147 off peak - so just over 10% total peak (19/(19+147)=11%) and near 90% off peak.
A completely believable figure for someone using NSH to heat to a reasonable level

They are still charging - 84 vs 169 off peak - thats more like 33% peak - 67 % off peak]

The half-hourly smart meter data on EDFs own website should let you prove to them that your meter has recorded peak-rate use during your E10 cheap-rate periods.

The prices shown might well be wrong, but the 30-minute energy use data should be correct. Can you access that?

im fed up of it all , to take it further is just dragging it out

luckily it wasn’t dead of winter and heat use was very high !

I will continue to read and screen shot my meter weekly moving forward and checking IHD daily , plus bright in case this happens again

thanks everyone for your help , I really do appreciate it

Guessing the hub doesnt switch between pounds and kWh then.

See what you think of my simple 8 days bad vs 6 day good comparison counter claim.

If nothing else it might prompt a bit lower bill - but as you say their comes a point - even if not strictly in spirit of the forum - where its time to stop fighting , stop stressing over it,  and take the offer.
