Strange the third off peak is rounded up 0.009p - but otherwise - looks correct on the app - thought you were NE 38.128 (38.13) and 14.481p (14.48).And looks as if the app is working in DST not GMT.And again dm1904 says SC 59.438 - rounded by app to 59.44pRemember although the rates on the meter allhough should match your billling - dont always - and it's the EDF billing system rate that matters - and iirc your tariff notification email - it was correct for your area and matched E10 on.So check your first actual statement.FromNorth East DD rates 59.438p 38.128p 14.841pAs I undertand the above posts re app tiimngs by @Swipe and @Phones4Chris - but will let them answer defintively again as not an app user - it does switch to UTC+1 (DST / BST) from UTC/GMT - by default. But can be switched back.

They actually tabulate to 3 decimal places in tariff tables.
But looks like only 2 decimal places as per that tariff notification to meter - or rarher it only displays 2 - so your photos show 0.38130 0.14840 or perhaps more strictly rather 4 as meter in pounds not pence.
EOn send my price change summary as 3 decimal places, do my bills as 3 decimal places, but my IHD only shows 2 decimal places in p.
So suspect your actual bills might match the table - except calc rates will probably be ex VAT so before 5% added.

What’s more likely correct ???
I will be taking week readings via the actually meter from now on though, so any more issues will be caught early
EDF app has my usage really high

The EDF energy hub is a complete joke. You can ignore it. It has no relevance to your actual bill.1

@Rosie1001 I can in part (based on previous experience) sympathise with @Swipe's p.o.v.. However, the mistake you are making at this point is comparing £ on both apps when we know they can mislead for various reasons, BST being one of them. Do look at Energy usage in kWh. Once you know that the energy usage is what you expect (by comparing it with your meter readings) the you can then check you actual EDF "billing" and see if that is correct.
Looking at the costs showing in the Energy Hub or any other App is then the last thing to look at to see where the shortcomings in those may be - how to recognise then and deal with them.3 -
I second Chris's suggestion. It's very tempting to concentrate on the £ figures when you're trying to manage the money, but to spot any anomalies in metering or reporting to the supplier, it's the kWh figures that count. It's admittedly a bit of a nuisance to have to do the calculations from kWh to £ manually, but you really only have to do it once all the kWh figures have been established.I'm not being lazy ...
I'm just in energy-saving mode.1 -
it’s difficult to keep track as I sometimes have the heaters on , sometimes only for 3 hours , sometimes not at all

Everything should be fine on billing - actual billing - since the meter had its e10 tariff timing fixed. If the right registers are recording at the right times - as I believe they now are - EDF - if operate like EOn have to bill my E10 - will simply be mutliplying the change in those peak and off peak register readings by the respective 38p and 14p rates (*).Thats what you will and should be paying. So I wouldnt be sitting freezing or chilly - going forward - like if you get the rain and or snow in next few days - worried that you will be being misbilled from now on.And remember EDF should know they should be rebilling you for those days it was wrong. You would only need to recalc - if you dont trust their estimates / want to challenge them.So use the apps like bright or loop - and get the 1/2 hourly data from the 1st - until meter fixed - and store it away. Not sure how easy it is to export form them - but I've managed on tablets in the past to import data into spreadhseets (excel on tablet) - but I would prefer to do it on a PC personally.I doubt if any other devices will be using 3.4 kW each or 6.8 kW between them - maybe even nearer 10kW if your HW immersion also kicked in in the afternoon or evening slots. So should be an obvious "tell" - if worried which days impacted. But it does not matter - you and EDF simply need to take the kWh consumption figures to make adjustments. But for instance the 3.4 kW NSH will use just half that number - so 1.7 kWh (3.4*0.5) in each half hour slot if not limited by its own thermostat / switches - if trying to align the figures with devices - but again you really do not have to.What you need to do is align the 1/2 hourly readings with what EDF should have charged 38p peak and 14p off peak - on the days when it was wrong.Essentially from the 1st approx when they set the wrong E7 timing tables - until the timing table corrected. It is likely that if uncorrected they were (and note the past tense) overcharging at 38p day rate - between 1 and 4 pm GMT/UTC (2 and 5 pm DST) and 8-10pm UTC/GMT (9-11pm DST) - and that would likely have been a significant chunk of your consuption if heating was on.They need to refund that c24p / kWh difference for the kWh shown for those hours on those days but undercharging at 14p night rate between 5 and 7 am UTC/GMT ( 6 and 8 am DST).They may well if redo full 1.2 hrly - charge you the extra c24p for those hours on those days.Regarding those hub figures - Id do a simple check for one day - so get two sets of readings - and then do the peak and off peak costs - using your tariff rates (38.x 14.x) - and see how it compares.I know before the fix - they looked really wrong - but without seperate kWh and cost figures for the same day - its pretty difficult to comment.Does the hub help and allow you to switch the bar graphs from £ to kWh on a daily basis. That alone might rubbish the £ figures. If they align - I'd try to get the 2 sets of readings from IHD or meter itself. But remember as always it is the kWh that will drive your bills (*).0
