    NSD yesterday so that is 4/10.  This board is doing the job as I had a blood test first thing yesterday, normally I then go in the bakery nextdoor and buy myself and DH a bun but yesterday I said no as I was hoping for a NSD and saved £3 and who knows how many calories.  A real win/win.

    Hello everyone, NSD number 6 today. Working all day and no reason to spend. Heading for a swim which is a short walk through a lovely park and part of council leisure membership that I need to use loads more.

    5th I spent on the main thing I hoped this challenge would help me avoid  - sandwiches for lunch at work. But I was so done in I couldn't even put bread in a box on Friday evening after my day out.
    Sunday 6th = NSD
    Monday 7th = NSD (except for a prescription which I'm not counting).
    Today the 8th - I've no idea, it could go either way so I'll report back some other time.
