Do the photos of the signs in evidence state the date and different times (minutes/seconds) relevant to the parking event?3

They state that at the time you parked at the site you had no authority to do so as you had no permit, so they were not offering a contract you were trespassing, a private parking company cannot charge you a fee for trespass.There must be an offer, an acceptance and a consideration for a contract to be in place, there was no offer between 12:00AM and 09:00AM so you cannot have entered in to a contract.3

Yep but mainly point out there are no t&cs signs at the EV bays which are leased by the EV company and have their own signs(refer to CEL's own evidence or your own pics). There is no reasonable expectation to seek out a second set of t&cs and the operator should put their own signs at the EV bays.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
