That sounds a productive and wholesome plan.
Probably the thingamijig is actually creating a localised vortex hence the electromagnetic doodah, so actually scientifically you'll be well rid of it.
P.S. take pictures of the pile of things you're giving back to her so if she says in future you still have something you can refute it/make sure you're not going bananashttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase

Dia sometimes it seems your creative mind is your friend and your foe at the same time😃, at least you have clarity and finality with the mystery object and turned it into something positive like decluttering2

Perhaps some temp work for the c word 🎄DIA might give your finances a boost?

Yes, the search for work is ongoing @WelshmansDaughter
Haha @liselle...but no...
Yes, @Tresinia511 the new yoga trial session is up and running now
Did none of the things I said I would do yesterday.
Was supposed to go to a ticketed event that I paid for in advance (not much) anyway, I did not do that either.
Low mood is knocking again...
Good news is I have had 2 NDSs in a row. Bad news is that is because I didn't go out except for a walk on the seafront just now. I baked today and took some baked goods to a friend along the road. I should have maximised the oven with a tray of roasted veggies, but did not. Anyway, it was nice to get something baked, something done. Now I have a cake and some biscuits
I called the GP and had a telephone appointment to arrange a face-to-face appointment...
I waited in all day for some seat cushions. The time of delivery changed all day long and finally it came at 5pm so a day of waiting between 11-3 changed to 3-8 Really, absolute rubbish! That said I love the cushions that were 50% off but still expensive! There was a casual dress in that order. It was 65% off and is lovely.
The week is nearly over. Thank good ness for that!

My low mood continues but was buoyed by the sea which is wild and windy. It was acting all alive so I thought I would follow suit

Yesterday I approached 2 book groups and asked to join.
So checked how much I owe on my cc and it is 258
My plan is to suck it up this month. I've got a DD coming out of it, so will change that to come out of my day to day card. As it stands I am using the cc to overspend on my budget.
Free electricity between 12 and 2 tomorrow. If I had known I would have baked my cake then as the oven was on for 2 hours yesterday. However I will:
bake bread/roast veggies
run dehumidifier
put electric heater on
run dishwasher
Spending today came to 24 that includes a bottle of wine priced 6.50 (marksies). Apparently it should have been 12 . It had the wrong label but they honoured it. Also some FR cornfed chicken wings that are just gorgeous quality, better than Mr W. and a fraction of the price from Mr M. I also bought a butter dish from the cs for 2.50 today
A walk today
Meeting a friend in the morning, for the little market that happens once a month

Love that you were inspired by the sea being alive.
Hooray for a £12 bottle of wine for £6.50 and nice customer service, see, the universe is trying to cheer you up because it knows you deserve it 🥂https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase

So many people are finding it hard at the moment, including myself so feel for you with your low mood. Wherever you turn it’s just seems bad news on top of bad news here. Turn the tv on, listen to the news read any newspaper ( free online) and it’s all dome and gloom. Even some of the tv programmes don’t help. A brisk walk by the sea sounds lovely and refreshing. Good luck with the book clubs hope it works out for you.:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.004

This time of year brings low mood for many with the weather turning, less sunlight, darker mornings and evenings. I find myself wondering if I can cope with another winter (of course I do, one day at a time, but it’s how I always feel at this time of year). And of course the shops are already full of Christmas tat🙄 - by the end of the month someone will have inevitably asked “what are you doing for Christmas?” - Where am I going to be eating dinner on a date more than two months away? As I heard someone say this week, there are twelve days of Christmas, and none of them are in September, October or November….I look forward to my Granddaughter’s birthday at the start of December, then I look forward to January and the start of noticeably lengthening daylight hours and, by the end of February, small signs of the approach of Spring.I would love to live close enough to the sea to see it every day, I’ve always found the rhythm of the waves soothing and the crash of waves exhilarating 🙂2.22kWp Solar PV system installed Oct 2010, Fronius IG20 Inverter, south facing (-5 deg), 30 degree pitch, no shadingEverything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endMFW #4 OPs: 2018 £866.89, 2019 £1322.33, 2020 £1337.07
