Best of luck with your job application.2

Thanks @beanielou and @Afdaff

So my back hurts. Nothing like before, but it hurts. I'm not supposed to lift and I did. Long story, but basically from trying to help a friend out. I'm so annoyed that I acted against my own best interests again! Hopefully I have got away with nothing lasting. I won't do it again. I won't.
I did background reading on the job today. I made notes. A friend who was due to visit for the day tomorrow, cannot. So, I can use the day to work on the job application.
I was so glad to get home today. Tired tonight
Off for a scan through diaries
Hope you had a good day

Hope the back feels much better tomorrow.
Make sure you give yourself permission to take it extra easy for a few days, it's not being lazy if you're letting your body mend
