I had an amazing day yesterday. A friend with a piece of land invited me to visit. I plan to go back there soon to camp as it is a beautiful wild space not too far from me.
So, this morning it was my back, neck, shoulder massage. I think the movement in my neck feels smoother and she said there were lots of knots there. Hmmm, not surprised. The clinic is monthly and part of a low cost clinic. She was excellent, so I will have this done monthly and recruit her to the 'keeping DIA on the road' team.
I walked into town and saw a wardrobe on my way. Too wide for the space, so no go. I saw a house like mine with a sideboard in the space I was thinking of for the wardrobe. That would also work for storage, so will look out for one...
I took a bus part of the way back, so have had a fair amount of exercise. I couldn't do 5 press-ups a few weeks back, now 10 is easy enough so I will increase to 15
I feel tired today and that is ok as I can take it easy for a day with no repercussions...
I made soup and have a piece of fish and will do a few chips in the AF later.
MSE wise, I've had a food/household shop of 56, then another at 25 (81) then another 10 spent today so 91. I have quite a bit in the freezer plus a veg box in a few weeks so going to try very hard to keep my food spends low this month. It would be nice to add to the EF and get it over the 1000 line...
Decluttered a top to the cs bag
I had a medical appointment on Sunday and a referral to a hospital today. I should be pleased for the promptness, but the speed of the referral worries me...Will talk to the surgery tomorrow
Ok, will continue with my low level pottering...
Hope your day is going well reader

Try not to worry about the referral time, I was warned it could take a year and got one in a week, so naturally assumed I was basically dead and these were just formalities. Turned out they want to prepare you for worst but actually a lot more appointments have opened up recently. All was fine and I still aten't dead yet.4

Dia if you can do 10 press ups you are doing better than half the population! I swim and go to the gym 3 times a week but can't do a single press up 🤭2

Try not to worry. Some areas fast track certain things so this might be just routineMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!2 -
