Cramp can be caused by dehydration so you might need more water.
    Definitely. Thank you  :)

Oh hurrah for the draining rack, what a result!

Agree with others that water is priority for fending off dehydration cramps (and crisps 😁) but also bananas are meant to be very good too, if you like them. They're a source of potassium which can be depleted by dehydration, and lack of potassium can cause cramps, so if you do like them do get some in

    Definitely walk by there regularly!
Glad headache gone and energy bill not much bigger.
Don't know if it's true but apparently PBs have a better chance of winning if they were bought in blocks so if you can be bothered maybe set up an interest paying PB pot and then buy a few months worth in one go.
Happy reading and book sorting 😊

I’ve heard that too.  Might be an idea to do monthly so they’re in the draw and when you get a decent amount, say £1000 or £2000, take out and buy a block.  The bigger the block the better.  The last time I bought a block it was for £5K (long since gone on home improvement stuff!) and got a small win each month.  Not had a penny in the last few months now it’s only in the hundreds rather than thousands.

Great find with the dish rack, and lovely to hearing you sounding happier again.  (((hugs))) XX
    I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.

happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy

I'm so glad my suggestion helped.
And you are very kind but it seems to me you are doing an excellent job of figuring out what you want and how to achieve it without any help from me. I read and cheer along but often find others have suggested what I might have done and usually expressed better than I could.
Your new houseguest seems like such an improvement and much more considerate - hopefully others will be too

I think waiting in all day for a parcel delivery would make me unsettled too dia. I waited for a morning phone call from the fence company but they didn’t ring until 3pm. At least they did ring. I’m still waiting for the boiler service man to call me. Always makes me nervous and anxious trying to organise trades. Sounds a good idea to get your bathroom sorted. Annoying that the previous house guest didn’t own up to the damage.
