So glad that your new house guest seems to behave well and appropriately, and is interesting as well.
DS2 had been waking with a headache and we think we have determined that he was getting too warm at night and dehydrated. He's been drinking more during the day and occasionally some rehydration salts and it seems to have done the trick. Given how warm and humid it's been, might that be the case for you too?

I was wondering why I was craving crisps more than usual and realised it must be the hot weather and needing to rebalance the electrolytes. Yay, healthy crisps 😂3

Well my new yoga class was fabulous. It was ultra gentle so I relaxed but didn't think it was pushing my body. However, my dodgy kneed can now bend a little further. How I'm not sure, but I will return next week
Ive been wanting a draining rack that fits in my sink for ages. I prefer the covered wire ones, preferably white. Can you believe I found the exact same thing on the street outside someone's house? I took it home gave it a good wash, and it fits in my sink exactly! That is my MSE find of the week. My kitchen is small so it looks tidier without dishes on the drainer. They dry quickly too, so I can pack them away sooner
I'm sleeping with a fan on low tonight so I don't overheat and will take magnesium to ward off cramps
