    So glad that your new house guest seems to behave well and appropriately, and is interesting as well.

    DS2 had been waking with a headache and we think we have determined that he was getting too warm at night and dehydrated. He's been drinking more during the day and occasionally some rehydration salts and it seems to have done the trick. Given how warm and humid it's been, might that be the case for you too?

    I was wondering why I was craving crisps more than usual and realised it must be the hot weather and needing to rebalance the electrolytes. Yay, healthy crisps 😂

    Cramp can be caused by dehydration so you might need more water.
