    Just caught up with the ex-friend drama.  you handled it magnificently, even avoiding a bargain bag in boots.    Friends come and friends go but the real friends that really  matter stay.   
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
