Hoping the "family situation" has been resolved / has abated?
You are missed. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?3 -
Hear hear!3

Yes, updates please @doingitanyway - unless you're living in the overwhelm. In that case, I apologise for my impatience. Love Humdinger xx3

Yes be good to hear from you in the New Year2

Agree with above, I miss your news, though understand that you also need down time. It's hard keeping up with what others demand from you. I think one of the problems with this site is not knowing if people have just signed off/out or if anything has happened to them. Remember the Hairy Hand Of Dartmoor, gone but not forgotten. Hope you are OK anyway x

Yes, that’s exactly it.I remember Buffy the Debt Slayer and somebody who travelled a great deal - she had a very long name ending with Paying Off the Debt Whilst Travelling This Amazing World(or something very similar.)I often think of them and wonder how they are.4

I am back as of today. I missed this community, although I kept an eye on diaries…
The family situation was difficult as I expected, but I did it! It was the right thing to do. I can’t say too much publicly...
The nice thing is it confirmed I am in the right place for me for now as I really missed home. Coming home was lovely. The friend who was keeping an eye on the house turned the heating on so it was nice and cosy.
I emerged ‘relatively unscathed’ thank you @in_need_of_direction
Thank you @Jwil @beanlielou @Tresinia511 @Sun_Addict
Thank you @Skint_yet_Again There were headaches and stress, but I did well with low spending. l was quite MSE considering. I did not overspend as I wanted to be ok when I came home…
Thanks for thinking of me @satchmo1 and @liselle and @Humdinger
After reducing my EF I have it back up and it is now 1025. I would feel so much better if I could get it up to 2,000 am going to try to not just keep it but build on it. I have a tiny buffer 75. My CC is in credit. I purchased and sent my Christmas presents before I left so none to buy, just food and I won’t be going crazy. I will be treating myself the much coveted house gown. I will be menu planning for the rest of this week and next week. Family are coming to me next weekend so I will be bargain hunting hoping to get some high quality meat in the freezer. Like you @Sun_Addict I am taking advantage of the low cost veggies and stretching my organic veg-box to last 3 weeks
Health wise I have lost the 8lbs I was struggling to lose (+) But, my iron levels have gone so low I am now regularly dizzy (-) I will try to get a new blood test in the morning. I have been walking more and want to keep that up…
Off to read diaries and menu plan

It is nice to be back
