Odd. Whenever I call I'm listening to 'I believe'"Research suggests that the #1 song from the year you were 14 is statistically likely to deliver the biggest hit of nostalgia, so we've set up our phones to play you precisely that song when you call in. If it's not a winner, you can set your own hold music, picking from a list of #1s from over the years on your online account. Want to pick yours? Next step will be to upload your fav tunes... but better yet if they answer the phone quickly, which, to be fair, they have done on the few occasions I have had to phone them.0

But is the trick to pick a song you don't know, so you're not doing "on hold karaoke", and whoever answers gets deafened by my out of tune attempts at singing?Luckily their ears are safe, as I always email.I did change my song from the default though.0

Reminds me of the days when I signed up for here, I was waiting in the queue on the phone to Yorkshire Bank, and as I said to the operator after a 55 min wait, When I got in the queue the music was The four seasons , by Vivaldi, it was spring at the start and when you answered it was winter.4.8kWp 12x400W Longhi 9.6 kWh battery Giv-hy 5.0 Inverter, WSW facing Essex . I can't see the point of releasing new versions that are only marginally different from the existing one. The "reward" for being a loyalty customer is also minute
Edit:That said, it is obviously a bonus to have someone with sharper eyes than mine to draw attention to new versions regardless of what they offerTelegraph Sam
There are also unknown unknowns - the one's we don't know we don't know1 -
