I just logged in and have got my £50 also.

    No email or text sayin
g it had arrived - but they did email me a month ago to say I had qualified and would be getting it.

I love the idea above of
giving it to charity and think I will also.

I didn't get any confirmation either. Just checked my account and saw it there.

On the equivalent thread on the banking board, it's hypothesised that payments are being made in alphabetical order of recipients' surnames:

Edit: as below, that would appear to have been unfounded speculation!

Both me and my partner are well after F, so the idea's looking pretty doubtful

I would say not - I have mine, surname near the end of the alphabet, but my parents do not. Admittedly my name comes first alphabetically, but theirs are not far away.

I also thought maybe payments into current accounts were being done first, until I checked with my parents (one with Nationwide current account and one without but qualified via savings account) and learned that neither have theirs yet.

I disagree with that hypothesis and think this thread is turning into a James Bond novel. Decided to give mine to the Royal British Legion. Some others I know are buying children Premium Bonds as gifts with it. Either way, big thank you to Nationwide.

I have my £50 and so far neither.
… but I now have a banner in my app saying that they’ve paid it.
