So you had mediation and no settlement figure was reached,  so the claim will continue in the usual manner,  the CNBC in Northampton will send you a letter and will transfer the whole case to your local nominated civil court that you nominated in your N180 DQ document 

Login to MCOL and see if it has been transferred yet ( presumably not, if you have had no letter from the CNBC   )

( but 2 weeks is neither here nor there I'm court matters,  it will happen in due course   )

DRAS LIKE DCB LEGAL MAKE NO MONEY IF THEY HANDLE DISPUTES IN THE SPIRIT OF THE APPEALS CHARTER, WHICH IS WHY THEY ALWAYS PLOUGH ON TO COURT CLAIMS AND CCJs, RATHER THAN OFFERING REAL RESOLUTION AT PRE-ACTION STAGE. THEY OFFER NOTHING, NO LEGITIMATE OPTION TO KEEP CASES OUT OF COURT.

I have now received transfer of proceedings but the county court allocation is Guildford which is far for me and it is not what i had filled in. Can I request this to be changed?

You can certainly write to that court with the claim reference number and ask for it to be transferred to your local civil court that you nominated in your N180 DQ document,  so enclose a copy of that N180 nomination with your request
