Hi, I have received an email from DCB saying their client intends to proceed with teh claim. Today as the last day for them to respond. They have said the client may be prepared to settle the case and has given 7 days to call them.
Is this the same as mediation?
They have also stated that they want to use email to service of documents and have asked if there is any limitation. Can I ask them to send by post only?
They have attached and N180 document, looks like they have submitted that to the court, Do I have to do anything or send anything back?
    Please advise. Thanks.

Look at your MCOL History. Show us what it says the recent updates were.

Maybe the CCJ is a different PCN claim sent to an old address?

It looks like Transunion don't have this judgment on my credit file when i see the statutory credit report. Credit karma shows on it as I guess the reversal hasnt been updated. I don't see anything unusual on the status in file.

Either this case has not caused the CCJ, or Credit Karma hasn't caught up with this error being reversed:
    Hi All,

I sent my defence advised to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk on the 5th of April and I received an auto =reply as well. But I have today received and Judgment saying that I haven't replied to the claim.

    Hi,
Yes, it seems Credit Karma is running behind.

I have now received N180 form to fill and return by the 8th of June and I have few questions on fill it.

    1. The new bee thread recommends sending it by email and not post, so would I have to manually fill this and then scan it before sending it or would I be able to retrieve a soft copy of this form from MCOL or somewhere?

    2. section E about mediation asks for a phone number and availability but doesnt give an option to nominate someone else to attend on my behalf, so how do I nominate?

    3. My husband was the driver and had wrongly added his car number in the parking app. he could be the witness to confirm I wasn't the driver. So can I also add my husband as a witness too besides me?

    4. Also, when would I get the case documents from the claimant, like the history and evidence on what basis are they claiming this?

    5. Last question, may be  stupid, under the signature there are 7 check boxes to select. it says
Legal representaion for the ( I guess I need to check this), then on the left side it says first, second, third and fourth check box with an empty box, on the right it says Claimant, Defendant and Part 20 Claimant. So do I check Defendant and the second box or just the Defendant? Not sure why it has 1st, 2nd and 3rd written.

    Thanks,

    Thanks,

    I'll just answer these questions...

    1. Google will easily find you an online version of the N180 that you can complete. Remember to send a copy of the completed form to the Claimant.

    3. Yes.

    4. surely you already have that. the basis of the claim is, or should be, spelt out in the Particulars of Claim box on the Claim form.

    5. That question is easily answered.
Are you completing the form on behalf of anyone?
    Are you 1st Claimant?
    Are you 2nd Claimant?
    Are you 3rd Claimant?
Indeed, are you any sort of Claimant?
    What are you left with?

Thanks,  what about question 2? And for question 4, particulars of claim doesn't give much information, so would they not send like full evidence or correspondence history prior to the hearing?
