Help Defending A Very Silly PCN From UK CAR PARK MANAGMENT LIMITED

That's poor, doesn't put heaps on confidence in the system.1

Please tell me Parliament are considering out-lawing this soon. I dread to think how many people just pay, very sad1

For future reference If you (or anyone else reading this) are close to the deadline to file a defence one option is to file using the MCOL defence page. It's not as good as filing a nicely formatted PDF and you have to shorten the defence down quite a bit to fit the constraints but it does automatically file immediately and stops the default dead in its tracks.
If you miss the deadline and a default hasn't been requested, this technique guarantees your defence will be accepted. It's saved several of the victims I have helped with from a default.6 -
The pre generated password on the Claim Form doesn't work0
-
Yes it does work.
You are misreading a I as capital 'eye' when it's actually a number one or a lower case 'ELL'. Or vice versa.

Well that was quick, I received this yesterday.
Dear Mr ######
We act for the Claimant and have notified the Court of the Claimant’s intention to proceed with the Claim. Please find enclosed a copy of the Claimant’s completed Directions Questionnaire, which has also been filed with the Court. You will note the Claimant has elected to mediate in an attempt to settle this matter amicably, without the need for further Court intervention. Should you agree to mediation, please inform the Court who will contact both parties to arrange a mediation appointment.Yours sincerely

I'm assuming I ignore?

I thought so, I'm now waiting for a letter from the court? It's hilarious they now want to mediate outside of Court even though they stated the process in the first place, I'm hoping this is sign they know they're up against the ropes some what.
Unfortunately I never made it back into MCOL, even after entering the password carefully as recommended, very odd. Just wondering if after logging in for the first time it makes you add your own password. Otherwise I'm stumped.0 -
Scape that I'm in0
