Just received this via text message.
Dear Mr #####. Amount due: £292.34 - Our records show that you have an unpaid County Court Judgment. We are now instructed to consider instructing a Court Bailiff to recover the monies from you. This will increase the amount owed and could lead to the seizure of your goods. To prevent enforcement action and help repair your credit profile you must pay the outstanding balance in full immediately. Gladstones Solicitors
Is this just intimation?0 -
Or there records not being updating post original default judgement which has now been set aside?0

Sorry probably a silly question but what proof should I be referring them to? I can see the claim history on MCOL, should I just take a screen shot and email it to them...and then tell them to scamper back to what ever hole they fester in?!0

Well that was quick, I received this yesterday.
Dear Mr ######
We act for the Claimant and have notified the Court of the Claimant’s intention to proceed with the Claim.
Please find enclosed a copy of the Claimant’s completed Directions Questionnaire, which has also been filed with the Court.
You will note the Claimant has elected to mediate in an attempt to settle this matter amicably, without the need for further Court intervention. Should you agree to mediation, please inform the Court who will contact both parties to arrange a mediation appointment.
Yours sincerely

I'm assuming I ignore?
