Hearing tomorrow, wish me luck! Any final pointers? What should be on my crib sheet?

Also, Gladstone's sent a supplement WS in response to my own, way after the court deadline. Is that normal?

Good luck.  If a WS arrived beyond the deadline, you can ask the judge to discount it as a preliminary matter

And if it was signed by a Gladstones paralegal who says they are acting under supervision, tell the Judge it looks like an unauthorised employee of the solicitor firm is conducting litigation, which would be a breach of the Legal Services Act, and this was confirmed by the Court of Appeal last month in Mazur v Speechlys.

Search the forum and read the thread all about that case, while you are in the waiting room having signed in with the Court Usher. Do not agree to speak to their rep, if they send a hire-a-legal. Say "NO, WE'LL SPEAK IN FRONT OF THE JUDGE".

Also bring up Cel v Chan and CPMS v Akande: Ask the Judge to strike out the claim, for not complying with Part 16.
