Hi, advice needed.
Received the County Claim form see details below:
County Claim form - date on the letter 03/03/25
Acknowledgement of service submitted via Money claim website - 20/03/25
Defence emailed to to ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk - 3/04/25, acknowledgement received straight away.
Have we miscounted any deadlines, and not done something on time.
Yesterday, the Judgement (in default) received by post.
What do we do next , do we ring the court office tomorrow to clarify?

Check the other recent similar cases, plus check the email address for complaints in the first post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements
Complain about it due to submitting the defence by email before the deadline, attach proof of the auto response email as proof of receipt
They will then get the judgment struck out, set aside, by a contracted judge, same as all the others2 -

Happens all the time. Awful, innit?!
But it will be sorted once you email the CNBC judgments email with proof you did defend and got the auto-receipt.
All CNBC emails are in a table in the Template Defence thread.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
