Check your MCOL claim history, like checking a bank account
BTW, when you emailed the DQ to the CNBC, you should have received an email auto response, so check your email inbox and spam folders2 -
I followed the advice by @Coupon-mad on 4 May and sent my N180 form to the St Helens Court and to the Claimant.Gr1pr said:Check your MCOL claim history, like checking a bank account

MCOL hasn't updated since 7 April when it said where the claim was transferred. I do check it regularly.0 -
Actually stop checking it. No longer involved.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I haven't heard from St Helens. Should I send my N180 to CNBC also?0

Separately - I've just received a letter of claim from DB legal - exactly the same (my) parking spot, just later (30 April 2024).0

Thanks, so essentially I've got to tell them to consolidate cases into one.Coupon-mad said:

Separately, I haven't heard back from St Helens on the N180 form. I definitely sent it to the right address, though. Today is the last day to respond and I'm wondering if I should send it elsewhere.

You could send it again to St Helens with a covering email complaining again.1xvp1 said:

As for the estoppel point, you aren't telling DCB Legal to consolidate the cases. Your email will tell them they are stuffed because their client's opportunity to bring its whole parking charges case against you has passed when they filed a claim months ago.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Are Gladstones and DCB legal the same thing or am I missing something? The first two tickets are being chased by Gladstones while the third one is with DCB legal.Coupon-mad said:

Doesn't matter, if it's the same Claimant.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
