Oh they have only bloody booked the hire car to be collected from the wrong flaming airport!!!!

We are flying into Sanford (flying with them by the way) and the collection point for the car is at Orlando International.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Today has been a good day:)

Spent very little, boys managed to get bargain haircuts at the local barbers as I persuaded them to try it out instead of the expensive salon I usually take them to.

She has cut their hair lovely (DS2 is still twisting but that is the norm even at the other hairdressers) and it only cost me £5 for each of them.

My theme park tickets came today too:j

Only the currency to sort out and then I think we are done as far as planning........only the packing left to do.

Still no sign of the CC bill:o

Had a night out with OH last night, spent just under £30 but we havent been out together in ages. Probably would have spent the same sitting at home with a fattening takeaway and a few beers so at least we got out of the house.

Out again tonight but I take a hip flask out and buy diet coke:o:D usually spend about £10.

I ordered my shopping online and making full use of MrT's BOGOF's and special offers which I often miss when I go to the store, will have to do a top up shop at MrA's on Sunday as some things are cheaper there.

Must sort out currency for hols and then form a major plan of action on my return. I will have a further 2 weeks off work when I come back so this will be my only time to really get to grips with things.

    List for this weekend....
    • Buy currency (check rates first)
    • iron
    • general tidying/cleaning
    • take DS1 for pair of trainers
I am sure there is more to do but these are the must do's.

    I used these Elan

    http://www.attraction-tickets-direct.co.uk/orlando-florida.htm

I didnt pay the price that they had though as they price match so I found the cheapest on offer and they did, very reputable firm with excellent customer service.

We are doing the 14 day Universal/Island of Adventure 2 park ticket

also the 3 park bonus ticket for 14 days at Bush Gardens/Seaworld/Aquatica

Total Tickets cost £155 per person at best price so saved £44 by getting the price match:D

I have to collect the new car hire voucher from the shop, hopefully they will have got it right this time:cool:
