Thanks for that SMF2
I am actually feeling OK about the whole thing, maybe its the St Johns Wort tablets I have been popping lately making me all chilled:rotfl:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I thought I had better update here for shames sake:o
Mortgage is at £33964 after the first year of challenge which is a bit pants as I should have been well down in the £20ks to have a chance of hitting the 12/12/12 target.
By some miracle OH is still plodding on at his factory who constantly appear to be on the brink of closure but still manage to keep going.
I am still working and have quite healthy student numbers so my job is reasonably secure until July at least.
The money neutral gift challenge has gone very well with over 80% of all spends in the year (including this Christmas) being paid for by various offers/quidco/matched betting.
I could sit here and beat myself up about not being exactly where I want to be but you know what? I think I am still doing OK.
I do have a few more goals for 2011 and really should start to focus a little more on getting the mortgage down again and I will, just not going to pressure myself too much. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
