    ICB, but they are £5, just wondered if there were any freebies around? I have found a few good sites with quizzes, but after a while you learn the answers rather than testing yourself.

    I started with the ICB in 1995:eek: sorry but I can't help with past exam papers:(

    Not sure if you have seen this site though, its for level 2 AAT and has tutorials and questions for basic book keeping

    Tuesday already...........:eek:

    Nothing much going on in the moneymaking side of things today but I have loads to do......
    • flylady and clean bathroom ready for flooring being fitted tomorrow
    • visit Grandad
    • take DS2 to drum lesson
    • do ironing (not much thankfully)
    • write 1000 words of project *gulp*
    • have a look at 1 past exam paper
    • get out for walk if not raining after dinner
    Here is the flylady list for today.......
    Tuesday - Sitting Room and Hallway
    Level One
    Open the windows and turn on some music!

    Wipe and water the plants
    Declutter the chairs, floor and fireplace
    Level Two
    Vacuum the floor now it is visible
    Wash any throws/curtains/cushion that need freshening up
    Clean any glass.. pictures, windows, mirrors etc
    Level Three
    Vacuum under any furniture you can.. please don't injure yourselves!
    Wipe sofas and dusty places
    HHC in the hallway.. sort those coats and shoes and mess!!
    Extras
    1. Vacuum AAALLLLLL the way up the stairs
    2. Binbag dance... grab a bag fill it and fling it!
    3. Spend 15 minutes tackling a hotspot!!
    4. Wipe the woodwork in these areas
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    I suppose I should get started on my studies..............yawn:o

    Well I am happy to say that I have really concentrated for the last couple of hours and rattled off 1000 words of my project, only another 3000 to go by next Tuesday.

    I really cant cope with starting a past exam paper now though, have to take DS to his drum lesson and then out for a walk.

    At least my exams arent until June, although there are 3 of them:eek:
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    well done on getting a quarter done. I had a reply from Ideal schools today saying that I have to pay a further £49 to carry on their assistance as I had to stop studying for two years :(

    June isnt that far away lol

    i know that dreaded exam feeling and i find myself doing anythingbut revising! just think its only a few more weeks until june and its all finished. good luck with your exams.

    Halfway throught my 2nd week off
    Last day for me to crack on properly as OH is off work Thursday and Friday due to lack of work at his plant:( hopefully a short term measure.

    Today the flooring is being laid in the bathroom so i need to give the floorboards a sweep and a scrub then make a start on DS1 room with painting.

    So, jobs for today
    • Flylady
    • Sweep and mop bathroom floor
    • paint walls in DS1 room
    • place matched bet
    • check banking
    • walk 4 miles with OH tonight
    Busy day and no chance for studying or working on my project:o

    Best get on I reckon.

    If anyone is wondering why the change of avvie, I am reflecting the current mortgage balance.........I am now in the 30's:D

    Flylady list for today......
    Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Check smoke alarms are working
    Remove bed linen and replace with fresh linen
    Declutter the floordrobe
    Level 2
    Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs.. make sure to do the bed base.. mine was gross
    Vacuum mattress before replacing fresh linen
    15 minutes grotspot clearance
    Level 3
    Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
    Defluff and demuck woodwork... skirtings, window frames, door frames dados, picture rails etc
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
