    it only gets rid of rubbish. if you are not sure, dont do it. which antivirus software do u have on this system?

    albertross- ethernet adapter local area connection:
    media state.........media disconnected.
    ethernet adapter wireless network connection:
    connection specific dns suffix
    then ip address, subnet mask, default gateway, do you need that?
