Yeah, there's so much stuff in this house it's overwhelming but doing half hour at a time or a drawer or box feels manageable. Also when I can't tackle some of it because it's not mine and I need that persons input, I can do a little bit of my own and still feel I'm getting somewhere.
It was a really nice feeling this morning though, knowing every bra in my drawer was wearable!

The decluttering has slowed because I've been back at work and needing to rest in the evenings.
One more thing given away for free, insulation foil I bought maybe 3 years ago and never used. It didn't shift on olio but went straight away on the valley Facebook page.
I've filled up on fuel and dog food, and had a sm delivery, which might last the month if I'm lucky.
My boiler was serviced, but he raised a few problems from when it was fitted. It should be switched off until I've made those repairs but luckily aspects of my old house on a hill made it less dangerous than if I lived in a regular house. For once the old wonky house worked in my favour!
My main priority tomorrow is giving the dogs a good walk. The poor things haven't walked much while I've been trying to get over this stupid lingering covid.

Feeling tired and run down and hormonal. I've been eating my emotions in response. That will not help me feel better in the long run.
Anyway! A bag went to the charity bin today. That was 5 tops and 3 pairs of footwear decluttered.
I don't like the roastie toasties I bought for the log burner, I need to stop being lazy and go sort out the logs in the alleyway.
I spent an hour at the storage unit this afternoon making some small steps towards tackling that. I bought myself some nice cheese as a reward.
I also bought a piece of half price pork in sains. Not sure what I'll do with it yet, but no rush. It can go in the freezer if need be.
I stupidly looked at my student loan last night. It's a fine line between looking often enough that I'm fully aware of my financial situation, but not looking too often because it's so depressing.
The rest of the finances (debts) are looking ok. I've seen a run down house on a quarter acre of land I want to buy so I'll distract myself with daydreams of how it'll look when it's finished and what animals and fruit trees I'll have.

Still feeling low/hormonal and I haven't bought the new house yet so I dyed my hair for the first time in about 5 years.
Decluttered the cupboards in the downstairs bathroom while it was on.
Also sorted out a folder of bills statements and confidential info from 2017/2018. And pulled out a few books that can go.
I started to fill the hole around the boiler flue but it's a horrible awkward job and it's going to take a few goes.
The wall I've been repairing is still letting water through, nowhere near as bad as it was though.

Are you happy with the new hair? did it help with low/hormonal feelings?

It's a little dark but yes, I think it looks better. Sometimes something just needs to change.
A couple of decent night's sleep have also helped Dia.
