If you want to keep getting a dopamine hit from clearing the debt could you set your self a challenge to over pay the debt with "free money". I count interest on savings, surveys, loyalty points, Lidl's £5 off £30 spend.... But you choose whatever works for you.
A challenge could be you choose one of your debts and aim to pay off 1% per week from free money or 1% off all your debt in a given time or 10% off one of your debts in a month.
Finding a way to make a game of paying off the debt could help.
Please feel free to ignore these suggestions.

Thanks @Baileys_Babe I have a colouring in tracker on my fridge for my roof loan, and I've gamified some odd jobs around the house but nothings really hitting the spot at the moment. It's probably in part to me generally feeling flat. I'll keep thinking and keep trying.
@ArtyJ931 preferably also hobbies that don't take much effort or involve groups 🤣
My January extra job wages are finally showing as about to enter my account. I've decided to pay back the pots for my robot vacuum, as it was always my intention for some of the payment for extra jobs to be put towards making my life a bit easier. As in, getting paid for what I'm good at, so I can pay for things I'm not good at.
There'll be some left so I've bought a few bits of clothing from M&S, t-shirts n shorts mostly, casual but nice enough for work and poshing up if I go out to socialise. They're in my basket ready and waiting.

My little challenge is to see if I can make £1 extra a day through surveys, sales, etc. It's mainly doable but does take bothering to strive, and then at the end of the month you have thirty quid give or take to allocate to OPs or pots or treats

I've managed to do the etoro offer. It took a while to get a GBP account so I left it for a few hours and went back to it. I've used £200 of my kitchen tile money because there is almost 0 chance of getting kitchen tiles laid in the next 90 days.
Look at me being a big investor 😂
I got £100 of free shares today, and I still have the £40 of free shares on trading 212 from last year. I've also invested a whole …. wait for it… £30 of my own money over the last 6 months. Just to have a play about really and get my head around it all a bit. I won't really be able to invest until I've paid a lot more debt off, especially that blinking roof loan, but it's all about reminding myself what's possible and what my future could involve if I carry on plodding on.

My DS has done reasonably well with the shares thing for minimal investment.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪2 -
My nephew has too @Sun_Addict , I'm a bit more risk averse, and poorer, but it's something I'm trying to learn about a little at a time.

Finally got my extra job wages today and it was enough to cover the robot vacuum (she just hoovered up a feather and a false nail so she can stay), and massive whopping £70 of new clothing from M&S! Spurred on by my leggings developing a massive hole while I was in a meeting today, thankfully WFH.
I also did a thing, and I'm not sure if it was the wisest of things but I've justified it to myself. I still had some time for free balance transfers on the BT credit card I recently switched to. I have a card that is for food and fuel with a £500 limit that I clear every payday with my work expenses. I just transferred that to the BT card so I can use that money tomorrow to pay more off my loan. It's a bit silly as I really don't like having so much on credit cards, but financially speaking it was probably the right thing as it's £400 closer to paying off the 8.9% loan. It feels uncomfortable to be increasing my CC debt, but it's not increased my overall debt and it has reduced the interest I'll be paying. So kind of reduced my debt in the long run.
It still feels icky though.

Also, in doing that I discovered I had a year free Apple TV so feel free to send recommendations.
I'm gonna have to put a note in my calendar to cancel the subscription in 11 months.
