Let's try and find some positives (from my bed).
I did manage to get up yesterday afternoon, did a couple of hours work, just on something that felt important to me and made me feel achievement for doing. I also managed to portion up the chilli and most of the olio bread. Some of the bread will be chicken treats (they very rarely have it but the odd bit won't hurt them, especially when they free roam and free forage most of the day). It felt better than binning it. I've had a bacon sarnie today in some posh Taste The Difference ancient grain pave!! Oooooo who does she think is 😂
I'm going to get up any minute and attempt to clean the coops.

Ooh hark at you with yer ancient grain pavè 😁
I've had that from olio a couple of times, it is well nice.
Sorry to hear you're feeling crook. I was getting jealous/inspired talking to a couple of mates about running and thought 'maybe I should give that a go again, probably it's all just in my head that I can't do it any more' then I walked home and remembered that I dislocate for no reason walking at a normal pace so prob best not to send my shins through my knees. Frustrating and disappointing to have to accept physical limitations though
Marvellous chart and debt busting work 👏

That’s a great visual. Keep on keeping on 💪
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪2 -
Just a free one I found online @Baileys_Babe.
I had more posh pave for tea - pork, halloumi, roasted peppers, and lambs lettuce in a sarnie.
I had a relatively nutritious miso soup for lunch with ginger, homegrown chives, and chicken dumplings.
I need to freeze some meat that Sains delivered with a very short date on, but my freezer is very full with olio bread so I might have to borrow a bit of the dog's freezer. I'll wrap it all up well.
I also got an email to say I have finally had a win on the premium bonds, £50 thank you very much. I'll pay that off the loan too once it gets into my bank account. That 8.9 interest rate is really grinding my gears.
I potted up some tomatoes and cucumbers this afternoon, and I've managed to clean the coops.
I've decanted my newly restocked supplements into my weekly pill pots like a proper oldie. I'd been slack in taking them lately, and that hasn't helped my situation. I have also been rubbish at drinking enough water every day so that's another lesson learned (well, probably not, I don't seem to learn well enough to do it consistently).

@Rhyddid2026 I won £50 too! Made my weekend 😊

I've been reading (audiobook) the green witch, I felt like a book from my childhood would also be restorative and comforting. I've had a good lie in and snooze so I think I'm going to attempt some painting outside.
It's rare to get a series of dry days here so I have to jump on them when I can. Apart from the heatwave when it was too hot to paint anyway.
That will be my afternoon job and it doesn't matter how far I get as long as I start it. The only other must do is changing the bedding, which I can do this evening after my tea and a rest.
I still remember when it took me days to change my bedding as each step exhausted me, so doing it mostly all in one go is still a time of gratitude.
I think I'll start the day (she says at 12.30) with a sausage sarnie on posh olio bread. I might try one of the other posh ones from the freezer.

Yay congrats on the PB win 🥂
8.9% is taking liberties, loving your determined stance of getting that to eff off 💪
I always have a glass of water on the go as it's too easy to keep thinking 'yeah I will in a minute' then hours have gone by, if you can at least get in the habit of having a glass or bottle nearby and/or maybe in the hallway or somesuch so you take a swig every time you go by that will help loads
We're having another wee heatwave in London this week so hope temperatures are kinder to you!

I have loads of drinks bottles that I used to take to work with me but now I WFH more I've got out of the habit. I need to go through those bottles and either have a massive cull or start to use them again.
My log store has been painted pink to match my shed. I've started the awful breeze block wall (in white), it took me a few weeks last year and started chipping off within a couple of months. I've bought more expensive paint this time.
I really need to buy some sugar so I can use up all the fruit from the garden, I'm going to try and make vimto jam again.
