I believe you can get apps that track your water. I’m pretty good at drinking water but keep an eye on it as I feel awful if I don’t drink enough.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping) -.literally have been run over by a bike, mobility scooter and a car - still here 💪2 -
I went for food with old work friends last night, it only cost me £23 so quite reasonable and lovely to catch up.
I bought a bottle of prosecco on the way for a friend's 50th and it felt nice to just be able to buy it and not be panicking about how much money I had left.
My premium bonds win of £50 was in my account this morning so I've made another payment off the loan. That brings it down to 5225 and very close to my 5k goal.

Ooo I haven't checked in for a while.
I went to the cinema on Wednesday with a friend, free tickets and free food, but I paid for our drinks. I didn't mind paying for drinks. I did mind paying 8.40 for two 500 ml bottles that I could have bought for a fraction if I'd been prepared. Lesson learned.
Work is crazy busy still, I'm trying to deal with a backlog but I'm getting nowhere fast. I also had to drive for 7 hours yesterday in that blistering heat with no air con. I was feeling really overwhelmed this morning as it was mostly an admin day but I had at least a week's worth of urgent or overdue tasks. I've decided to work this weekend, just a few hours each day, because my head cannot deal with starting another week with this backlog. It's too hot to go anywhere or do anything much anyway. My replacement has started now so I'm confident that once I clear the backlog everything will be more manageable.
I had ordered some clothes on payday but one pair of leggings was out of stock so I got a refund and I've paid it off the loan. Current balance is 5200 - very close to my 5000 goal.
Time to do my weekly finances.

I did just over 2 hours work last night and finished 3 reports, 2 of which were started in May! I feel better already.
I didn't volunteer for parkrun this morning, I knew I'd need the extra sleep to recover from the busy week.
I'm not sure what I'll do today, everywhere I look there is something that needs doing, but I guess that means I can do anything.
Weekly finances last night looked good/boring. I was thinking about doing another bank switch but my throwaway account with my credit card DD's is linked to my regular saver so can't be closed til October or November. I suppose I could open another account somewhere. Or I could list some of the items I've piled up in my spare room on vntd.

Well done on boring finances.
I'm glad that the two of work have made a difference to how you feel.
As everything needs doing and you need to rest, relax and recuperate could you set up something like you work for 30 minutes on a particular area or chore followed by 30 minutes resting or doing something fun and rinse and repeat until the time you have decided in advance to stop or earlier if you have to. Remember to stay hydrated and enjoy today's meals.
