Do you do your own barbecue beans (add flavouring 🤔) or buy them @bubbs?

I think iron tablets used to be a thing @Coxy11. I had them when expecting too but there are loads of foods that are iron rich. I expect you already have most of them but worth googling the list.

I'm feeling really fat. ☹️ It's probably the heat but supposed to get cooler from tomorrow or Sunday so we'll see.

    Today's plan -
B- HEB toast, bacon, eggs (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- bits and bobs from the fridge (P, S, F)
D- sausages, patatas bravas (F, S), green stuff and mushrooms (S)
Syns - BGTY sausages 2, weekend wine 😁

I put jdseasoning in them Maman. Yes actually cooler today compared to last few days and is probably fluid

My friend has to take high dosage iron tablets, was supposed to be going for an iron transfusion but now there saying no 😪 her iron level is less than 10!! She has been really poorly but still they are not doing it.

The sun is out but there’s a really cold wind going as well. Least the washing should dry!

I hope you’re all sitting down 🤣 I lost 4.5 this morning!  I kept looking at my book all through class 😁

I had no alcohol this week and drank loads of water and squash. That’s the only change - so same again next week!

    Today’s food
Breakfast - banana and coffee in group and I’ve just demolished a huge bowl of mango, strawberries and raspberries with yoghurt 1.5
Lunch - tomato and red pepper soup
Dinner - w/meal roll HEXB, homemade burgers with onion, gerkhin slices, cheese HEXA, burger sauce 4 syns and a huge side salad. May have a few chips too.

Plenty syns if I want anything else.  Have a good day all.

    Whoohoo well done @Jellybaby that’s amazing 👏

I’m off plan today. Managed to net some O!io goodies late last night including couple of fruit loaves, a cous cous snd feta salad pot plus some hasselback potatoes and some Mediterranean veg. I had two slices of fruit loaf toasted for breakfast and the cous cous pot just now. This is a pre-cursor to visiting friends for a late bring and share lunch. They have planned pizza and flatbread but I will take some nice fruit from W@itrose to snack on.

Dinner is gammon steaks, egg and the hasselback potatoes. The veg will be turned into soup once I’ve roasted it.

Are the JD seasonings free @bubbs

    Have a good day everyone

That's a brilliant loss @Jellybaby. Absolutely thrilled for you! 😁

Sorry you haven't had the gain you wanted @bubbs. I know that sounds odd on a SW thread but you know what I mean.🤗

I don't blame you having an off plan day for a treat @Coxy11. I know you'll get back on it PDQ.

I more or less stayed on plan yesterday. We did have a YS chicken meal last night . It was tasty (Sainsbury's Just Cook Chicken Breasts with Spinach & Ricotta 360g | Sainsbury's) and although supposed to be 6.5 syns, probably can offset some cheese from HEA.

It's just over a month before my holiday. I'm out for lunch on Thursday and an afternoon tea next Sunday. Other than that I'll do my best because I really want to be sure I'm in target before I go away. I feel thinner today so that's a positive.😊

    Today's plan-
B- Fry up (P,F, HEB), HEA milk for drinks
    L- tuna salad (P,S,F)
D- roast chicken (P), SW roast potatoes and parsnips (F), loads of other veg (S)
Syns- LTL mayo, HM gravy, weekend wine❤

You'll have to post Weekend Wine Gums to match me @bubbs! 🤣

Yes, we're going to Turkey for our sunshine holiday. Missed out last year because of DH going into hospital so really looking forward to it. ❤️🌞

The swede, carrots, potatoes and parsnips in our dinner tonight are all from veg wars. 👍
