Evening all ,
Bloody hot! 😂
Jelly thought i posted 🤔 it's Friday at 12, so i am praying good news 🙏🙏🙏🙏 as we got that on Friday and all the others have been within 1 or 2 days.
We have had sausage gate /tweak gate😂 on our fb page and i said well since 2016 i have been told by *** , **** and ***** they they are 0.5, if a consultant or 3 tell you that that's what you think they are, perhaps SW needs more consistency amongst the consultants, bet i am getting called black and blue 🙄 i have more to worry about than a bleeding syn on a effin sausage!
So i am on strike and not posting anything on there for a while or i will lose my cool. The best of it is she knows what i am going though!

Hi all,
Another one joining the STS brigade - tbh that's fine. Had a really bloated tummy this afternoon at work - looked like I'd swallowed a football. Had a brown rice pot with feta, red cabbage and gherkins and an apple snack so nothing dodgy. Gone down a bit now but having to wear trackie pants - not very fetching....
NWD tomorrow and I'm going to the community allotment for a couple of hours, then home for shower/lunch then have to go into town to bank the charity collection pot money from JoGLE. Have already paid it over to the fundraising page so just need to balance my bank account!
Have a good evening all

Morning all, we have sun but not the heat that was promised but I suppose it’s early yet.
I really don’t like these FB pages @bubbs! I wouldn’t have it if I didn’t need it for our group and only have a quick flick through before group on a Saturday.
You’ve had a busy time @Coxy11 so STS is good and you’ll soon shift what you want as you know the plan inside out. Although you’ve cut your hours you never seem to stop 😁 a bit like my retirement 🤣🤣
Yesterday was a good day on plan and I even managed to drink 2.litres of water. I’m not good with water, I like the idea but never seem to manage more than a few glasses normally. Going to add NAS squash to the shopping list. I used to drink a great grapefruit one but can’t remember where from.
Today’s food:
Breakfast - sweet omelette, yoghurt 1.5, strawberries and raspberries, skinny syrup 0.5
Lunch - copying @maman and frying L/over veg and potatoes, cold meat, pickles
Dinner - spaghetti bolognaise, Parmesan (using second HEXA)
Plenty syns in hand if I want a treat. Have a good day everyone!0 -
I don't do Facebook @bubbs although my group has one. Occasionally I've emailed a recipe that's been asked for to my old consultant and she's posted it for me. Which sausages are they that you've been wasting syns on?🤔🤣
I used to buy the Aldi skinny sausages that were half a syn but they disappeared so I moved on to Sainsbury's BGTY which are 1 whole syn each! They are apparently price matched with Aldi (£1.79 for 8) but I don't know which Aldi ones that's meant to be.
Sainsburys Cumberland British Pork Sausages, Be Good To Yourself x8 454g | Sainsbury's
You're right about rising prices @milann. I do most of my shopping in Aldi and Sainsbury's for things Aldi doesn't sell. I'm lucky that we have every shop you could want very close except for Morrison's which I only go to when I'm in the area to buy their fishcakes.
Morrisons The Best Salmon,Smoked Cod & Haddock Fishcakes With Cheddar Sauce - Morrisons Online Groceries & Offers
They're 2 syns each and delicious.😋
Hope you enjoy your leftovers as much as I do @Jellybaby. Usually I just fry them up into a hash to have with cold meat and pickles (like today😁). I rarely have more than 1 potato in it unless it's from a midweek meal when I've got mash to make proper bubble & squeak. So, generally it's an almost SP meal and sometimes I add in mushrooms or any other bits I have in the fridge so full of Speed.
Do you think it's the food intolerance that's causing the bloating @Coxy11. I know you had a small portion of onion the other day but have you cut out anything else that came up on the tests.🤔
It's a glorious day here, warm and sunny. I had a short walk earlier and it was a pleasure to be out. 😎
Yesterday turned out quite off plan. We went to the cinema to see Conclave (which was excellent) and then went to the pub and had fish and chips and a large glass of wine. Line is now drawn and, except for a couple of social occasions that involve eating out, I'm hoping to stay within range ready for my holiday.
Today's plan-
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- cold pork (P), LO veg and pickles (F,S)
D- Veggie chilli (P,S), brown rice (F), cottage cheese (P)
Syns- 0

Afternoon all.
Maman i didn't even have the bloody sausages!! There superlean from a butchers and honestly when i do have them i cook them on george and not an ounce of fat comes out of them! Someone from one of her groups did, someone asked how many syns they were and i saw the post a couple of hrs later and she hadn't answered, so i said 0.5, then it all blew up from there where i got it from, i said 3 consultants 😂 then later on when she saw the post she backed me up saying the same! So then it was all they shouldn't say that blah blah bloody blah 😂so that's when i said there should be some consistency between consultants then !
What she has done in the last 2 weeks has amalgamated all her groups to one page and honestly a few people have said to me they don't like it like this, to me they seem very clique , so i won't be posting as much but there will be people asking me why as i was one of the very few that posted everyday.
I also got told using couscous on scotch eggs was a tweak by another member, i said it's only a tweak if you are going to snack on them not have them part of a meal and she did back me up for that.
I have even considered changing groups but don't know if i will, there is another Saturday one but i do have some good friends there i have made over the years.
Denise couldn't have better weather than she has got! It's boiling here .

I think all groups are different @bubbs and trying to combine all her Facebook groups might be easier for the consultant but obviously isn't working!
We used to have a local guy who came to group and sold meat and sausages. He also sold them at a local market but stopped when SW said he wasn't allowed to use their name.
I use couscous on my KFC and count it as syn free. As far as I'm concerned it's, not only part of a meal, but it's cooked in the meat juices and Frylight so not a tweak.
I was thinking exactly that about @joedenise. She was lucky when she had the caravan in North Wales too. 😎0 -
She later on said she had rung the butchers to ask what was in them! He just sells them as superlean does not use their name at all and never has, but my point was other consultants not 1 but 3 saying they were 0.5. Honestly bet she is calling me black and blue 😂
Yes she did it as said was easier for her, infact although we have had her over 12 mths, she is cover it's not her group. This shows as she posts quite alot on this page and very rarely did , or not daily like she does on this one.

Morning all,
I buy mince from a local butcher (and sausages for DS but I don’t like sausages 🤣) and his wife used to attend my group and got to target a few years ago. What I’m waffling on to say is that I don’t syn the mince as there’s nothing to drain when I brown it off.
I usually buy Kvarg pots but they’d gone up in price last week so got some of Aldi’s protein yoghurts to try. Really enjoying them! Range of flavours and 1.5-2 syns each. Thick and really filling.Sun is out and it’s already 17 degrees so thinking a day in the garden (probably reading my book 😉).I bought a weed burner from Lidl last week and it’s my new favourite toy!Today’s food
Breakfast - sweet omelette, raspberries, yoghurt 1.5, skinny syrup 0.5
Lunch - tuna salad, pickles, salad cream 1.5 tbsp
Dinner - roast chicken, hasselback potatoes, roasted carrots, broccoli, cauliflower
Have a good day everyone.0
