@Coxy11 well done 🎉 hope you’re relaxing and have some time before you need to get back to work.

Good news the appt has come through quickly @bubbs hope all goes well 🥰

Apart from taking a bite out of the head of a Lindt bunny (the large one!), I’ve been on plan. Using most of my syns to cover it. I don’t even like chocolate that much but what’s done is done.

Afternoon all, we had lots of rain overnight but it has finally stopped and trying to brighten up.  Have nearly finished packing the motorhome, just need to put in the food from the freezer and some bits from the fridge.  Will do the freezer stuff this afternoon but the fridge stuff can wait until the morning in case it's needed (ie have left bread, spread and cheese in the fridge in case DH wants a sandwich this evening!).

Do hope your DH's scan went well @bubbs and you find out the result quickly and treatment can be sorted.

Glad the ice cream machine arrived so you could have your ice cream fix!  As always looks amazing.  I never think to do sweet omelettes but I really should as I enjoy them.

    Today's plan:

    B - cheese omelette - HEA2; P
    L - stuffed peppers - S; F; 3
    D - chicken curry, rice, mango chutney, mini naan - P; S; F; 12

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    Syns - 15g cheese 3; mango chutney 3; mini naan 9 (eek!)

Don't think I'll be buying the mini naan again - can't believe how high syn they are for not very much!

Hope everyone is having a good day.

As we're away from tomorrow I'll just be reading and maybe occasionally commenting but won't be posting my meal plans as quite likely to be off plan a lot of the time - particularly when eating out!

Have a lovely time away @joedenise

Hope everything went well this morning @bubbs and treatment plans can now be made.

Cold but sunny here today and I’ve managed to get three loads of washing out on the line. I should be catching up on some housework now but I’m sitting here browsing threads in between looking at holiday ideas 🤣

Food wise, breakfast was a sweet omelette with banana, strawberries and yoghurt with a tablespoon of skinny toffee syrup (those bottles see, to last for ever!), lunch was prawn salad with homemade cocktail sauce and we’re having chilli with rice for dinner.  So a small number of syns used for the syrup and cocktail sauce.

Been really wet here all night last night and was still drizzling when we came out, but has actually stopped now.

Thanks everyone, we left here at 10.15 and got in at 2.40 ish, he said although this was open ended was worse than the MRI, but he thinks because no one was in there as well as he is radioactive , he said to the nurse am i going to glow then? 🤣 she goes no afraid not. 3 -5 days wait personally i think Fri or Mon, they scanned from his shoulders to his knees.

Denise hope the weather changes for you, even just dry .

I saw on the Friday groups fb page, SW are bringing out there on wrap available at Iceland, hexb or 7 syns £1.60 (sure those details are right)
